Guwahati: Amidst a recent development, the incumbent Additional Chief Secretary to the Govt. of Assam, Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Department and Finance Department (Addl. charge), Dr. Ravi Kota (1993 batch Assam-Meghalaya cadre IAS officer) was relieved from his additional charge as Additional Chief Secretary, Finance Department.
Officer Kota, who assumed the office of Chief Secretary today on March 31st, shall keep holding the additional charge of the Industries, Commerce & Public Enterprises Department.
