Dehradun: Chief Secretary Radha Raturi has given the deadline of September 30 for the Women and Child Welfare Department to send the DPR for construction of hostels for working women in various districts under the State’s Special Assistance Scheme for Capital Investment 2024-25, the Tourism Department to send the proposal of a project worth about Rs 250 crore related to the development of prestigious tourist centers by October 15, the Transport Department to send the proposal for scrapping of old vehicles worth about Rs 100 crore by December, the Industry and Housing Department to send the proposal to promote industrial development worth about Rs 100 crore by October 31, the Revenue and Agriculture Department to send the proposal of about Rs 505 crore related to reforms and modernization of land records in rural areas to the Government of India as soon as possible. During the review meeting of the State Special Assistance Scheme for Capital Investment 2024-25 at the Secretariat, Chief Secretary Radha Raturi has directed all the concerned departments to work promptly on the DPR and proposals of all the projects of capital investment under the State Special Assistance Scheme and send the proposals to the Government of India within the stipulated time frame.
Secretary, Additional Chief Secretary Mr. Anand Bardhan, Secretary Mr. Dilip Jawalkar, Mr. SN Pandey, Additional Secretary Pooja Garbyal, Mr. Nitin Bhadauria and Mr. Vijay Jogdande along with officials of the concerned departments were present in the meeting.
