Dehradun: Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan recited the Preamble of the Constitution of India with officers and employees at the Secretariat on Wednesday on the occasion of Constitution Day. Everyone also signed the Preamble.
Principal Secretaries R.K. Sudhanshu, R. Meenakshi Sundaram, Secretary Deepak Kumar, Additional Secretaries Dr. Ahmed Iqbal, Navneet Pandey, Director General of Information Banshidhar Tiwari, Senior Principal Private Secretary (Chief Secretary) M.L. Uniyal, Senior Private Secretary G.C. Lohani, and other senior officials were present on the occasion.
