Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami visited Rudrapur in Udham Singh Nagar on Wednesday. Here he participated in the program of the district administration organized at Gandhi Maidan. In the program, CM Dhami distributed leases to 2600 families of poor section under Nazul policy and house allotment letters to 403 beneficiaries under PM Awas. During this, he inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works in the district. On this occasion, Union Minister of State for Defense Ajay Bhatt, Rudrapur MLA Shiv Singh Arora and Gadarpur MLA Arvind Pandey were present.
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Rudrapur on a one-day visit where BJP Mahila Morcha workers welcomed him by showering flowers. After this, colorful programs were also presented by school children. Before the program, CM Dhami administered polio drops to small children and also signed banners under the SWEEP program. After this, he congratulated 2600 families who got lease under Nazul Policy and 403 housing beneficiaries under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana.
After this, he handed over lease and house allotment letters to 25 beneficiaries on the stage. He also inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of various development works in the district. In his address, he congratulated all the beneficiaries and said that now people’s dream of owning their own house will come true. He said that the Central and State Governments are reaching out to the person standing at the last mile. Our government has made many strict laws.
He said that strict laws like UCC (Bill), anti-conversion and copying have been made. He said that people who damage government property are being made to compensate for the loss. Not only this, compensation is being recovered through property to compensate for the loss. An ordinance has been issued for this. He assured the people living in Nazul and said that leases will be distributed to everyone under the Nazul policy.
