Champawat: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami presented another significant gift to the district during his visit to Champawat. Announcing the establishment of a paramedical college in the district, he stated that this institution will not only strengthen the quality of medical services in the district but will also provide new employment and training opportunities in the health sector to the youth of the region.
Chief Minister Dhami stated that the establishment of the paramedical college will provide skilled technical health workers to Champawat and surrounding districts, thereby enhancing the effectiveness of services in primary and secondary health centers.
He stated that the state government has given top priority to public health and this will prove to be an important milestone in making Champawat a model district. The Chief Minister stated that land selection and necessary procedures for the college will begin soon.
The Chief Minister said, “The state government’s goal is to ensure that the youth of the hilly districts have access to quality medical education and employment opportunities in their own region. The establishment of a paramedical college in Champawat is a concrete step in this direction.”
