Sneh started playing cricket at the age of nine: Sneh Rana, a resident of Sinola village near Dehradun, enrolled in a club in Dehradun and began practicing cricket at the age of nine. In 2014, Sneh Rana made her international debut in ODIs and T20Is against Sri Lanka. A knee injury prevented her from playing in 2016.
