CM Dhami heard the complaints and problems of people from different areas, resolved most of the public problems and complaints on the spot

Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Sunday heard the complaints and problems of people from different areas of the state at the Chief Servant House located at the Chief Minister’s residence. The Chief Minister directed the officials for quick resolution of public problems. He directed that whatever public problems are coming, they should be resolved in a timely manner.

The Chief Minister resolved most of the public problems and complaints on the spot. The Chief Minister has directed the concerned departments to take action on some public problems. What action was taken on the letters sent to various departments for the early resolution of public problems, its monitoring is done by the Chief Minister’s Office. The Chief Minister said that quick resolution of public problems is the priority of the government. Clear instructions have been given to the officials that the works of public interest should be given priority. People who came from different areas before the Chief Minister put forward various problems of road, electricity, drinking water, health, financial assistance and their areas. The Chief Minister said that everyone’s problems will be resolved as far as possible. The Chief Minister said that so that people do not have to come to government offices unnecessarily, most of the services are being provided by the government through online medium. The beneficiaries of various government schemes are being given funds through DBT. He has appealed to the people of the state to take advantage of various e-services being provided through the Apunni Sarkar portal. He said that all the District Magistrates have been instructed to hold regular meetings of Tehsil Diwas and BDC. Its main objective is to get the public problems resolved at the block, tehsil and district level itself. All the District Magistrates have been instructed to hold public hearings on every working day.
