Dehradun: On the occasion of National Sports Day, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in a program organized in Dehradun. During this, CM Dhami honored four players of Uttarakhand who participated in the Paris Olympics, Lakshya Sen, Suraj Panwar, Ankita Dhyani and Paramjit Singh Bisht. The Chief Minister also transferred the amount to the players through digital medium.
Suraj Panwar participated in 42 km race walk mixed relay, Paramjit Singh in 20 km race walk and Ankita Dhyani in 5000 meters. At the same time, badminton player Lakshya Sen finished fourth in Paris Olympics men’s singles badminton.
