CM Dhami inaugurated and laid the foundation stone for 43 development projects worth ₹115.23 crore for the development of Champawat district

Champawat: At a program held at GGIC Champawat, the Chief Minister inaugurated 22 projects worth ₹51.37 crore and laid the foundation stone for 21 projects worth ₹63.86 crore, stating that these projects will play a crucial role in Champawat’s development.

The Chief Minister stated that these projects will prove to be milestones in realizing the dream of an ideal Champawat. The Chief Minister stated that Champawat district is the soul of Uttarakhand and the government is continuously working to make it a “model district” of the state. He stated that the state government’s priority is to ensure balanced and quality development in every sector.

The Chief Minister directed officials to ensure that the projects for which the foundation stone was laid are completed in a timely manner and with high quality.

On this occasion, the Chief Minister also had lunch sitting with the girls studying in the school. He discussed various topics with them and also took feedback regarding their studies.

The Chief Minister signed digitally in the GGIC auditorium under the Aamnirbhar Bharat Sankalp Abhiyan for self-reliant India, drug-free society, cleanliness, water conservation and building an ideal Champawat.

On this occasion, in-charges Shyam Narayan Pandey, Anil Dabbu, Shankar Koranga, BJP District President Govind Samant, District Panchayat President Anand Adhikari, Municipal Council President Mrs. Prema Pandey, Block Chief Mrs. Achala Bohra, Barakot Block Chief Mrs. Seema Arya, BJP State Minister Nirmal Mehra, former MLA Puran Singh Fartyal and others were present.
