Roorkee/Nainital/Kashipur: A grand tricolor bike rally was organized by the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha in Roorkee. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami also participated in this journey taken out on the occasion of the 77th anniversary of Independence Day. He started this bike rally by showing the green flag. The special thing was that CM Dhami himself was seen riding the bike.
Apart from BJP state, district, youth officials, common citizens also participated in this rally in large numbers. In the rally, everyone was seen going on bikes, scooters, Activa waving the tricolor flag. Everyone was seen shouting slogans of ‘Vande Mataram’ and ‘Jai Hind’. The rally started from Nehru Stadium and ended at Maharana Pratap Chowk. Flowers were showered on the rally at various places.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that the objective of this rally is to maintain the unity and integrity of India. Also, for this, awareness has to be increased among the common citizens. At the same time, BJP District President Shobharam Prajapati said that through this rally, BJP gave the message that we have to stand together to maintain the unity and integrity of the country. At the same time, MLA Pradeep Batra said that this rally has inspired people to understand their responsibility towards the country and stand with unity.
