Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami wrote on his social media account x that today he met Union Home and Cooperation Minister Amit Shah in Delhi and invited him to attend the closing ceremony of the 38th National Games being held in the state. Along with this, he got his guidance by discussing in detail various topics including the successful implementation of Uniform Civil Code (UCC) in Uttarakhand and the victory of Bharatiya Janata Party in the recently concluded civic elections.

National Games being organized for the first time in Uttarakhand

Let us tell you that Uttarakhand has got a chance to host the National Games for the first time. In the opening ceremony, international badminton player Lakshya Sen handed over the sports torch Tejaswini to PM Modi. Meanwhile, Bollywood singer Jubin Naitiyal mesmerized the players and the audience with his powerful performance. 9,545 players are participating in the National Games. The maximum number of 700 players are in athletics. At the same time, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami keeps coming to Delhi to hold rallies regarding Delhi elections.
