Dehradun: PM Modi is on a visit to Uttarakhand on the occasion of State Foundation Day. CM Dhami welcomed PM Modi. He presented PM Modi with a photograph woven by weavers, a symbol of Uttarakhand’s rich handicraft tradition. CM Dhami stated that this photograph symbolizes the creativity and dedication of the artisans of New India, who are realizing the dream of a self-reliant India.
Speaking at the event, CM Dhami said that Uttarakhand is progressing in every field today. The Uttarakhand government is advancing development projects in the state with central assistance. Work is progressing in the state under PM Modi’s guidance. PM Modi has supported Uttarakhand in every natural disaster, including the Kedarnath tragedy, the Silkyara Tunnel accident, and the Joshimath landslide. CM Dhami said that PM Modi has always supported Uttarakhand with sensitivity and always encourages us. CM Dhami stated that Uttarakhand is overcoming difficulties and moving forward with new resolve.
CM Dhami said that under your inspiring leadership, our state has presented a picture of a changing Uttarakhand through the grand organization of the Global Investors Summit, the G20 Summit, and the 38th National Games. The CM stated that many efforts are being made to balance the cultural identity and demographics of the state. Through bold steps like the Uniform Civil Code, the anti-copying law, and the anti-conversion law, Uttarakhand is rapidly progressing towards building a harmonious state.
CM Dhami stated that through perseverance, dedication, and sacrifice, we have achieved Uttarakhand. We salute Atal Bihari Vajpayee for making this dream a reality. Now, the national sage Modi has lit the lamp of development here and has once again brought the glory of Devbhoomi to its peak. He added that under PM Modi’s leadership, India’s prestige is rising globally. Under strong leadership, our army has made this clear by removing the enemy’s poisonous jaws through Operation Sindoor.
