CM Dhami said in Lansdowne – Was waiting for this Diwali for 500 years, celebrating safe Diwali due to the army

Pauri Garhwal: State Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami reached Lansdowne in Pauri district on Thursday and celebrated Diwali with the brave soldiers. CM Dhami said that he is feeling proud to find himself among the brave soldiers. He himself comes from a soldier’s family and he realizes how many challenges there are in a soldier’s family. What kind of challenges a soldier has to go through. He said that I have learned the lesson of discipline, country service and state service from the army itself.

CM Dhami celebrated Diwali with soldiers

State Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, while addressing the soldiers after reaching Lansdowne, said that today is a very special day. Today he himself is celebrating the festival of Diwali with the soldiers. He said that the festival happens only where there is family. We all are celebrating this festival together. However, the soldier staying away from his family on the day of the festival is in itself a manifestation of devotion to duty. CM Dhami said that people of the whole country are celebrating Diwali on this day in a safe manner without any worry and this is possible only when the brave soldiers are deployed to protect India on the borders 24 hours a day. Even on this important festival, all the soldiers are deployed to protect the country on the borders away from their families.

CM boosted the morale of the soldiers

CM Dhami said that by giving energy to all of you soldiers, energy is also being transmitted inside them. CM Dhami said that this time’s Diwali is very special for all of us. For this, we were waiting for more than 500 years that Lord Rama should come to his home. That palace of Lord Rama lit up again and Diwali is being celebrated there. Lord Rama is seated in his palace in his home on Diwali this time.

Listed the work being done for the army

CM Dhami said that the amount of Rs 10 lakh given to the families of our martyred soldiers has been increased to Rs 50 lakh. After the arrival of the Prime Minister of the country, Narendra Modi, the country has also become stronger at the military level. Earlier, the soldiers who were deployed to protect the country in Siachen Glacier were not able to get better shoes, jackets and equipment. After the arrival of PM Modi, there was an immediate change in these works and work is being done to boost the morale of the soldiers in every way. They are being given all the better equipment. With this, they are serving the country with full energy. At the end of the program, the families of the brave martyrs were also honored.
