Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami today warmly welcomed the expatriate Uttarakhandi people residing in various states across the country at the Chief Minister’s residence. Inviting everyone to dinner, the Chief Minister said, “You may be far away, but you are always connected to Uttarakhand at heart. You are our strength, our global identity.”

The expatriate Uttarakhandi people present shared their experiences, feelings, and expectations regarding the state’s development. Chief Minister Dhami personally interacted with each participant and listened to their views. He stated that the government is advancing the “Global Uttarakhand Vision” in mission mode, so that the strength of Uttarakhandi people spread across the world can be harnessed in state-building.

He assured that a digital connectivity platform, a global networking forum, and a special partnership policy will be developed for migrant Uttarakhandis in the future.
