Dehradun: On the demise of industrialist Ratan Tata, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has written a letter to the new chairman of Tata Trust, Noel Tata, expressing his condolences. CM Dhami has said in his letter that the sentiments of every citizen of Uttarakhand are with every family associated with the Tata Group. His contribution can never be forgotten. Chief Minister Pushkar Dhami has written in his letter that ‘I express my deepest condolences on the demise of Ratan Naval Tata. His legacy, achievements and contributions have left an indelible mark not only in the business world but also in the heart of every Indian. The void created by his departure is being deeply felt by every Indian at this time.’
CM Dhami has further written that ‘In this difficult time, the sentiments of every citizen of Uttarakhand are with every family associated with the Tata Group. Ratan Tata redefined industrial leadership in India. His visionary leadership as well as remarkable business acumen gave many moments of pride to every Indian.’
Apart from this, CM Dhami said that his dedication to excellence, innovation and philanthropy inspired countless people living not only in India but in every part of the world. He set many benchmarks for impressive business practices. The memory and legacy of Ratan Tata will continue to replace the spirit of Indianness within every countryman.
His contribution to industrial development in India will serve as an inspiration for generations to come. At the same time, CM Dhami has paid tribute to Ratan Tata on behalf of the people of the entire state on his demise.
Ratan Tata breathed his last on 9 October
It is worth noting that on the late night of 9 October, Tata Trust Chairman, Tata Sons owner and veteran industrialist Ratan Naval Tata breathed his last at the age of 86 in Breach Candy Hospital, Mumbai. He was one of the respected and big industrialists of India. After his death, Noel Tata has been made the new chairman of Tata Group.
