Haldwani: The 38th National Games are to be organized in Uttarakhand. Preparations for this are going on in full swing. National Games are to be organized in Uttarakhand from January 28. A torch procession was taken out to promote the National Games and encourage people to play more and more sports. CM Dhami flagged off the torch procession in Haldwani. This program was organized at Haldwani International Stadium.
On this occasion, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami said that Uttarakhand has got the privilege of organizing the 38th National Games. He said that the government is constantly making efforts for sports and players. CM Dhami said that the National Games will be inaugurated in Dehradun. They are to be concluded at the International Stadium in Haldwani. The closing will also be done in a grand manner. Many well-known personalities of the country will also participate in it. More than 10000 players will participate in the 38th National Games. It is connected to the sentiments of 1.25 crore people of Uttarakhand.
Apart from Sports Minister Rekha Arya, all the officials of the Sports Department, a large number of players and local people were present. During this, Sports Minister Rekha said that the games are to be organized in Uttarakhand, which is a matter of good fortune for Uttarakhand. She said that the slogan of this game is from Sankalp to Shikhar. A cultural program was also organized on this occasion.
