CS Radha Raturi took feedback of Chardham Yatra in Rishikesh, gave this information on offline registration

Rishikesh: Uttarakhand Chief Secretary Radha Raturi reached Rishikesh to take stock of the Chardham Yatra arrangements. While taking stock, she instructed the officials to further improve the basic arrangements for the devotees. Apart from this, all the devotees reaching Rishikesh have also been asked to be sent on Chardham Yatra only after getting Chardham Yatra registration done.

After Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Chief Secretary of the state Radha Raturi reached Rishikesh to see the arrangements for the Chardham Yatra. She inspected the Chardham Yatra Registration Office premises. Saw all kinds of arrangements and took feedback from the devotees about the arrangements. After the inspection, the Chief Secretary held a meeting with the officials of all the departments. In which discussions were held to further improve the basic facilities provided to the devotees.

Chief Secretary Radha Raturi said that the Chardham Yatra is going on smoothly. There has been some problem due to the arrival of more devotees. But now the backlog of devotees in Rishikesh has also reduced. Instructions have been given to subordinate officers to provide better facilities to the devotees. All the arrangements for the devotees in the Yatra Registration Office premises are better. Due to which they are satisfied.

He told that more and more devotees should come on the Yatra only after registering online. For this, the government and administration are constantly appealing to the pilgrims. A decision will also be taken soon to open offline registration. Instructions have also been given to the administration to take action to ensure that there is no traffic jam on the roads during the Chardham Yatra.
