The government has also decided to give bonus to the employees in addition to dearness allowance. In this regard, an order has also been issued from the government level.
Thousands of employees of the public sector undertaking in Uttarakhand are very happy with an order of the government. Actually, an order has been issued by the government to give bonus and dearness allowance to the state employees. Under this, employees associated with corporations, boards and autonomous institutions of the state can avail the benefit of bonus and dearness allowance. In this way, these employees in Uttarakhand will be able to get the benefit of dearness allowance from July 2024.
40 thousand employees will get benefit
Let us tell you that about 40 thousand employees in Uttarakhand are going to benefit from this order. Under which these state employees will get the benefit of increase in dearness allowance by about 3 percent. After this increase, now the employees will be able to get the benefit of 53% dearness allowance every month. Till now, employees were getting 50% benefit in the form of dearness allowance from the basic salary.
Employees happy to get bonus and dearness allowance
After the order of the Uttarakhand government, employee organizations have also expressed happiness. They have also thanked the state government for this increase. Because, they have got the gift of bonus and dearness allowance. Dhami government is constantly taking care of government employees.
