Dehradun: Under the leadership of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, the Uttarakhand government is effectively bringing governance to the doorstep of the common people through its public welfare campaigns. The camps organized in line with the spirit of “Government for the People, at the Doorstep of the People” have emerged as a strong example of good governance in the state.
On Thursday, a total of 17 camps were organized across the state, in which 9,674 citizens actively participated. Through these camps, common citizens presented their problems to the administration and received information and benefits related to various government services and schemes.
To date, a total of 445 camps have been successfully organized in the state, in which 3,54,059 citizens have directly participated. This achievement is the result of Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami’s visionary approach, under which a transparent, sensitive, and accountable administration is being established by bringing governance closer to the people.
Through these camps, not only are grievances being resolved quickly, but eligible beneficiaries are also being ensured access to various public welfare schemes. This has strengthened trust between the government and the people and has brought speed and effectiveness to administrative processes.
Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has clarified that the state government’s priority is to deliver government schemes and services to the person standing in the last row.
These camps, organized with this resolve, are becoming a strong foundation for good governance and public service in Uttarakhand.
