Dehradun: Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami heard public problems at the Chief Minister’s Camp Office on Sunday. He instructed the officials of the Chief Minister’s Office that for the early resolution of public problems, the problem or complaint should be sent to the concerned department immediately and information should also be taken about the action taken on it. He instructed the officials that the problems which can be resolved at the police station, tehsil and district level should not come to the government level unnecessarily. He has also instructed to fix the responsibility of the concerned officers on receiving such complaints.

People placed health, road, drinking water, financial assistance, electricity, land related matters and other problems before the Chief Minister. The Chief Minister directed the officials to take immediate action to resolve all the problems. The Chief Minister has instructed all the District Magistrates to organize regular Tehsil Diwas and BDC meetings. The presence of all senior officers should be ensured in these meetings. The Chief Minister has also directed the District Magistrates to listen to public problems for one hour on every working day.

On this occasion, IG Garhwal K.S. Nagnyal, Additional Secretary Sanjay Tolia, Additional District Magistrate Dehradun Jai Bharat Singh and other officers were present.
