Jammu/Dehradun: Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami, who became the center of discussions across the country regarding all the decisions including Uniform Civil Code, is being used extensively by BJP in the elections. And sought votes in favor of BJP candidate Surjit Singh Salathia.
