Dehradun: The Union Cabinet has approved the Prime Minister’s Tribal Development Village Campaign. Along with this, the Modi Cabinet has also approved One Nation One Election. Which will now be presented in Parliament in the Winter Session. Uttarakhand CM Dhami has expressed happiness over the proposals approved in the Union Cabinet.
On getting the approval of the Prime Minister’s Tribal Development Village Campaign, CM Dhami said that this welfare decision will bring positive change and prosperity in the standard of living of the tribal society. Along with this, tribal brothers and sisters will also be more empowered from social and economic point of view. CM Dhami said that people of every religion and society are benefiting from various public welfare schemes run under the leadership of PM Modi.
Let us tell you that Prime Minister Narendra Modi had talked about ‘One Nation One Election’ for the first time after coming to power at the Center in 2014. The government says that by conducting simultaneous elections across the country, the burden of expenditure on the government treasury will be reduced. PM Modi, while advocating ‘one nation one election’, had said that frequent elections hinder the development of the country.
