New Delhi: Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani, IAS, currently serving as the Special Chief Secretary for Agriculture and Transformation & Development Departments in the Assam Government, has been posted on promotion as Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation, headed by the Hon’ble Union Minister Shri Amit Shah in the Government of India.
Dr. Bhutani has served the State of Assam for more than 23 years, out of his total 31 years of service, in various capacities including in the departments of Finance, Urban Development, and Agriculture.
His significant contribution in Agriculture has helped in transformation of the sector in Assam in the last 2 years.
