Eight Trainee IPS Officers Join Election Duty in Andhra

Eight trainee IPS officers were given hands-on training on election duty by police observer Haseeb Ur Rehman in the Prakasam district of Andhra Pradesh. He explained the election duties and security measures to the eight trainee officers allotted to the district for ensuring peaceful and fair voting during the ongoing Lok Sabha polls.

Mr. Rehman explained many nuances of election duty like the flag march, vehicle checking, Model Code of Conduct (MCC), seizure of money, liquor and valuables, maintaining law and order at the polling booths and other duties to the budding IPS officers and clarified all doubts raised by them.
