There was a demand for strict action against the accused for illegally creating fake certificates. Following this, the Jwalapur Kotwali police have registered a case against the accused CSC operator, Sajid. Jwalapur Kotwali in-charge Kundan Singh Rana stated that the case has been registered and an investigation has been initiated. DM Mayur Dixit has specifically directed the investigation of permanent residence certificates. Action has begun today on his instructions. Tehsildar Sachin Kumar stated that due to fake certificates, eligible people are unable to avail the benefits of government welfare schemes. This poses a potential loss of revenue.
