Family Identity Card Scheme will be implemented effectively in Uttarakhand, Dhami government will sign MOU next week, fraud will stop

Dehradun: To effectively implement the Family Identity Card Scheme in Uttarakhand, the government is going to sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) next week. The agency has been selected for this.

The agency will do the work from analyzing the data of the beneficiaries of the schemes from the departments to monitoring it. The government believes that the data collected through the Family Identity Card Scheme will provide fresh information about other schemes of the government, employment, enterprise, census, election and urban and rural houses.

That is, with the key of the Family Identity Card Scheme, the government will be able to open the locks of current and future schemes related to all departments. Two types of family identity cards will be made available under the scheme. The first is for those families who are residing permanently. The second is for those who keep coming and going in the state. Families will be given a user ID and password so that they can update the information about their family and members on the website from time to time.

Portal ready, cell also formed

The responsibility of family identity card has been handed over to the Planning Department. In the first phase, the Planning Department has prepared the portal with the help of National Information Center. The work of operation and monitoring of the scheme will be done through this. A cell has been formed in the Planning Department, in which planners and analysts have been given responsibility.

Duplication will end, fraud will not be possible

After the family identity card is made, the government will also have information about each family that which government schemes it is taking advantage of. This will reduce the possibility of fraud in the schemes and duplication will not be possible.

There will be many benefits from the scheme

– The government will have information about how many people are unemployed in the state.

– People will be able to get information on the website that for which schemes they are eligible and which ones they are taking advantage of.

– The available certified data of families will be useful in the work of census, election, cooperation, agriculture, industry etc.

– With the availability of data, there will be no need to conduct a survey.

We are going to sign an MoU with an agency soon for the Parivar Pehchan Patra Yojana. This agency will help in implementing the scheme as soon as possible. Studying other states has helped us in making the scheme more effective.
