Gairsain, Bhararisain: The monsoon session of the Uttarakhand Legislative Assembly has started at the Bhararisain Assembly building in Gairsain, Chamoli district. The four-day monsoon session of the Assembly is expected to be stormy. As soon as the Uttarakhand monsoon session began, the opposition leaders started creating ruckus. Opposition MLAs reached the well. With this, Section 163 has been implemented in Bhararisain for these four days. This means that Section 163 will remain in force from August 19 till the date of end of the session at 5 pm on August 22. Demonstrations have been banned within a radius of 5 km from the Bhararisain Assembly building.
