New Delhi (21.06.2024): After the new government has taken over at the Centre, it is now back to business with four officers being appointed as private secretaries of Union Ministers. Senior ministers like Nitin Gadkari, Hardeep Singh Puri, Giriraj Singh and Manohar Lal. Apparently these appointments were made before any preference is given to ministers especially in the case of Nitin Gadkari. The name of these officers are as follows:
Shinde Deepak Arjun (IAS: 2012: AGMUT) was appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Road Transport & Highways Nitin Jairam Gadkari for the period upto 31.08.2026.
Rasaal Dwivedi (IRS C&CE: 2011) was appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Petroleum and Natural Gas Hardeep Singh Puri for the period up to 15.03.2026.
Raman Kumar (IAS: 2009: BH) was appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Textiles Giriraj Singh for the period upto 28.11.2026.
B Vijay Datta (IAS: 2011: MP) was appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister for Housing & Urban Affairs and Power Manohar Lal for the period up to 19.01.2026
