Green signal to promotion of IFS officers in Uttarakhand, these names approved after DPC in the government

Dehradun: The promotion of IFS officers in Uttarakhand has finally been approved. In fact, during the DPC meeting chaired by the Chief Secretary, many names were discussed, in which green signal has been given to promotion from PCCF to CF level. Although these officers were waiting for promotion for a long time, but now after the DPC, their wait is over.

The Uttarakhand government has given the gift of promotion to the officers of the Indian Forest Service. These officers of the All India Service had already completed the fixed time of service for promotion. Therefore, after considering the promotion of these officers, now the committee has given the green signal. A DPC meeting was held in the government under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Radha Raturi. In which Principal Secretary Forest to Secretary of Personnel Department were also present.

Many officers of the Indian Forest Service have been promoted this time. In this, three officers of the state are being promoted from APCCF to PCCF level. Apart from Kapil Lal of 1993 batch working in the forest department, the names of Neena Grewal of 1993 batch working on state deputation and SP Subuddhi of 1994 batch are included in this. Neena Grewal is posted in Jalgam in the state itself, while SP Subuddhi is looking after the responsibility of the post of Director in Environmental Protection. Both these officers are being given proforma promotion, all three officers have completed 30 years of service.

Apart from this, Meenakshi Joshi, who is working as CCF HRD in the forest department, has been given the green signal to be promoted to APCCF level. Meenakshi Joshi is an IFS officer of 2000 batch and has completed the 25 years of service required for APCCF. Among the IFS officers, some officers are also going to be promoted to CF (Conservator of forest) level. In this, Sandeep Kumar will be promoted from DFO level to CF. Sandeep Kumar is a 2011 batch IFS officer and he is posted in another state on deputation. Hence, he is being given proforma promotion. Apart from this, TR Bijulal is also going to get promotion at CF level. Although TR Bijulal is a very senior IFS officer of the year 2004, but due to allegations of financial irregularities on him, he could not get promotion and his envelope was kept closed regarding promotion. But after he was given a clean chit in the investigation, now his envelope has been opened in the DPC meeting. After which he is going to get promotion at CF level. However, he is already looking after the responsibility as in-charge CF. On the other hand, he is also going to be promoted at CCF level soon. Apart from these officers, two IFS officers are going to get selection scale. Under this, the pay scale of these officers will increase. While some officers are also going to get JAG (Junior Administrative Grade).
