Mr. B H Talati (IAS) was recently instructed by the Gujarat government to take charge as the Special Director at the State Institute of Rural Development (SIRD) in Ahmedabad. Officer Talati is a 2010-batch IAS officer, last posted as an Additional Secretary in the Department of Climate Change in Gandhinagar.
