Dehradun: Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini was on a tour of Uttarakhand on Sunday 20th July. During this, Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini also came to Dehradun and also met Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami at his official residence. CM Pushkar Singh Dhami also welcomed Haryana Chief Minister Naib Singh Saini in Dehradun.
On this occasion, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami presented Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini with Chardham Prasad as well as local products of Devbhoomi Uttarakhand’s umbrella brand “House of Himalaya”. During this, various contemporary topics related to the interests of both the states were discussed between the Chief Ministers of both the states.
Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini’s statement on Kanwar Yatra
At the same time, Haryana CM Naib Singh Saini has given an important statement regarding Kanwar Yatra. He said that the Kanwar Yatra is a symbol of devotion to Lord Shiva, in which devotees from all over the country bring the holy water of Mother Ganga from thousands of kilometers away and anoint the Shivling in their village, city or locality.
Warning given to those who create disturbance
CM Saini said that Kanwar is not only a religious journey, but it is a festival of faith, dedication and discipline. He also said that if any mischievous element tries to create a ruckus in the name of this (Kanwar Yatra) devotion, then strict action will be taken against him. He appealed to the public to maintain the dignity of all the journeys and complete it peacefully.
