In a significant move in bureaucracy in Himachal Pradesh, the Sukhvinder Singh Sukhu led state government has announced the transfer of five IAS officers in a recent reshuffle.
- Shainamol, a 2007-batch officer, has been appointed as the Divisional Commissioner of Mandi.
2008 batch IAS officer Kadam Sandeep Vasant will serve as Secretary of Technical Education while retaining his role as Divisional Commissioner of Shimla. While, Rakhil Kahlon, also from the 2008 batch, has been appointed as the Secretary for Ayush.
Mr Vinod Kumar, a 2009-batch officer, who takes on the role of Divisional Commissioner for Kangra.
Additionally, 2013-batch officer Aditya Negi has been designated as Settlement Officer for the Kangra division.
