IAS Sundaram indecency case caught fire, IAS Association met Chief Secretary regarding action against the accused, CS gave instructions for strict action

Dehradun: The case of indecency with IAS R Meenakshi is getting serious. All the members including Uttarakhand IAS Association President Anand Bardhan met Chief Secretary Radha Raturi at the Secretariat on Thursday and informed her about the incident that happened with the senior IAS officer posted in the government on 6 November 2024. Chief Secretary Radha Raturi has issued instructions to the Home Secretary to take immediate and strict legal action against the accused in this regard. Along with this, the Chief Secretary has directed to take effective action by immediately examining the security system of the Secretariat to prevent such incidents in future.

Chief Secretary Radha Raturi has also directed the Secretary, Secretariat Administration Department to give a complaint to the police department regarding the said incident and to take effective action by immediately examining the security and pass issuance system of the Secretariat to prevent such incidents in future.
