Haldwani: After assuming command of Nainital, the District Chief has made a series of transfers of Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors posted in the district. Six Inspectors (Police Inspectors), along with 14 Sub-Inspectors (Sub-Inspectors), have been transferred. Inspector Vijay Mehta has been given charge of the police station, taking back the responsibility of the Haldwani Police Station.
Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors Transferred: For the first time since assuming command of the district, SSP Manjunath TC has made a series of transfers of Inspectors and Sub-Inspectors. The Haldwani Police Station’s Sub-Inspector has been relieved. Inspector Rajesh Yadav, in-charge of the Complaint Cell, has been appointed Inspector-in-Charge of Bhimtal Police Station, and Inspector Amar Chandra Sharma, in-charge of Haldwani Police Station, has been appointed Inspector-in-Charge of the Complaint Cell.
Vijay Mehta appointed Inspector-in-Charge of Haldwani Kotwali: Inspector Vijay Singh Mehta, acting as Senior Superintendent of Police (ASP), Nainital, has been appointed Inspector-in-Charge of Haldwani Kotwali. Inspector Sushil Kumar, acting as Inspector-in-Charge of Ramnagar Kotwali, has been appointed Inspector-in-Charge of Banbhulpura Kotwali. Banbhulpura is one of Haldwani’s most sensitive areas, witnessing previous disturbances. The Supreme Court’s decision on the railway land dispute is due on December 10th. Security will be tightened in view of this.

Inspector Rajendra Singh Rawat has been appointed Inspector-in-Charge of the District Crime Records Bureau (DCRB) from the Senior Superintendent of Police (ASP). Sub-Inspector Devendra Singh Rajput has been appointed Sub-Inspector, acting as Senior Superintendent of Police (ASP), from Police Lines, Nainital. Dinesh Chandra Joshi has been appointed Senior Sub-Inspector, Mallital, from Station House Officer, Mukhani.
Gagandeep to take charge of Banbhulpura Police Station: Sub-Inspector Sushil Chandra Joshi has been appointed Station House Officer, Mukhani, from the Senior Sub-Inspector, Banbhulpura. Sanjeet Kumar Rathore, Station Head, Bhimtal, has been appointed as the in-charge of the Honor Cell. Gagandeep Singh, Station Head, Garjiya Police Station, Ramnagar, has been appointed as the Sub-Inspector (SSI) of Banbhulpura Police Station. Harsh Bahadur Pal, Station Head, Khairana Police Station, has been appointed as the in-charge of Garjiya Ramnagar Police Station.
Mohammad Yunus has been transferred from Ramnagar Police Station to Mallital. Ramesh Chandra Pant, Station Head, Kainchi Bhawali, has been appointed as the in-charge of Khairna Police Station. Sunil Dhanik, Station Head, Pirumdara Police Station, Ramnagar, has been appointed as the in-charge of Kainchi Police Station. Virendra Singh Bisht, Station Head, Tallital Police Station, has been appointed as the in-charge of Pirumdara Police Station, Bhupendra Singh Mehta, Station Head, Medical College, Haldwani, has been appointed as the SSI of Haldwani Police Station. Ravindra Singh Rana, Station Head, Medical College, Haldwani, has been appointed as the in-charge of Haldwani Police Station. Mohammad Yunus has been transferred from SSI Ramnagar to Mallital Police Station. Deepak Kumar Bisht, Station Head, Ramnagar, has been transferred from SSI Ramnagar to Mallital Police Station. Sub-Inspector Jagveer Singh has been transferred from Banbhulpura Police Station to Kathgodam Police Station.
