IPS officer Bhatnagar gets Apex Scale

New Delhi (02.04.2024): Ajay Bhatnagar (IPS: 1989: JH), the incumbent Director General (Investigation) in the National Human Rights Commission, was on Tuesday granted Apex pay scale (Level-17 in the pay matrix). Bhatnagar, then Special Director in CBI, was laterally shifted and appointed as DG (Investigation) NHRC in February this year up to 30.11.2024 i.e. date of his superannuation.
