The Ministry of Home Affairs has recently appointed Mr. Patil Salmantaj Jafertaj as the Superintendent of Police (SP) in the Bureau of Police Research & Development (BPR&D) for a five-year term. The competent authority has approved Officer Jafertaj’s appointment to the post on a deputation basis for five years or until further orders, whichever transpires earlier.
Mr. Patil Salmantaj Jafertaj, a 2012-batch Uttar Pradesh cadre IPS officer, is presently serving as the DCP Traffic in Lucknow.
