2005 batch IPS officer Princee Rani of Tripura cadre who is presently posted as DIG, NSG to hold Inspector General level, has been appointed as Inspector General, National Security Guard vice 2001 batch IPS officer Shalin of Bihar cadre, (completing tenure on 21.03.2024).
