Jharkhand Govt reshuffles postings of 19 IAS officers

Ranchi: The state government on Monday transferred and assigned new duties to 19 IAS officers, including appointing of new DCs in several districts.
The transferred officers included principal secretary (rural development) Ajay Kumar Singh who has been given additional charge of the cabinet secretariat. Incumbent principal secretary (cabinet secretariat) Vandana Dadel has been posted as principal secretary (forest, environment and climate change).
She will also be in-charge of the women and child development department.
East Singhbhum DC Manjunath Bhajantri has been posted as the administrator of the Suwarnarekha Project while West Singhbhum DC Ananya Mittal has been transferred as DC East Singhbhum. Additional secretary (planning and development) Jadhav Vijaya Narayan has been appointed as DC West Singhbhum.
Sahibganj DC Ram Niwas Yadav has been posted as director (higher education). Deputy development commissioner (Gumla) Hemant Sati has been made Sahibganj DC. Director (higher education) Garima Singh has been appointed as DC Latehar. The DC Latehar, Himanshu Mohan, has been posted as director (secondary education).
Secretary (revenue, registration and land reforms) Manish Ranjan will also look after the building construction department. Secretary (in-charge) SC, ST, minorities and backward class welfare department, Arwa Raj Kamal, will have additional charge of the Greater Ranchi Development Agency.
The secretary (in-charge) school education and literacy department, Uma Shankar Singh, will now have the additional charge of the chief executive officer of the Sidhu Kanho agriculture and forest products state cooperative federation limited, an official order said.
