Prashant Singh, an IPS officer of the Jharkhand 1992 batch, has been appointed as the Additional Director General of Police (ADGP) – Communication & Technical Services, Jharkhand.
Mr Singh, who is currently serving as the Chairman-cum-Managing Director of the Jharkhand Police Housing Corporation Limited, will transition to his new role effective immediately.
Notably, the position of ADGP – Communication & Technical Services has been elevated to the rank of Director General of Police (DGP) for this appointment.
