Malegaon blast case: CM Dhami slammed Congress, asked them to apologize

Dehradun: The NIA court has given a big verdict in the Malegaon blast today. The court acquitted all seven accused due to lack of evidence. After the court’s decision, statements are coming from politicians as well as religious leaders. Yoga guru Baba Ramdev said that today the truth has come out in front of the whole world. The conspiracy of those who spread terror by calling it Hindu and saffron terrorism has failed. At the same time, CM Dhami said that today Congress should apologize to the country.

Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami has also given a statement on this matter. He posted on social media and said that the acquittal of all the accused in the Malegaon blast case is a strong blow to the Congress’s narrative of Hindu terrorism. Congress defamed saints, Sanatan culture and patriots with false narratives like ‘saffron terrorism’, today this decision has exposed that sin. Congress should apologize to the country.

Know what was the whole case: Let us tell you that about 17 years ago on 29 September 2008, a bomb was tied to a bike and exploded near the mosque in Anjuman Chowk and Bhiku Chowk area in Malegaon, Maharashtra at around 9.30 pm. 6 people were killed in this explosion. At the same time, many people were injured.

Court’s decision: On July 31, the court’s important decision came on this matter. The court canceled the bail bonds of all the seven accused in this blast case, including former MP Sadhvi Pragya, Major (Retd.) Ramesh Upadhyay, Sudhakar Chaturvedi, Ajay Rahirkar, Sudhankar Dhar Dwivedi (Shankaracharya) and Sameer Kulkarni. Along with this, the bail bonds were also released.

Ordered to give compensation to the victims: Along with this, the court has also ordered the Maharashtra government to give compensation of Rs 2 lakh each to the families of the victims and Rs 50,000 to the injured. The court also said in its final verdict that the number of injured was not 101 but only 95. Some medical certificates were tampered with.
