MHA Reshuffles Several AGMUT Cadre IAS Officers, Bipul Pathak Deputed To Delhi

The Ministry of Home Affairs has mandated the transfer and posting of several Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers from the AGMUT cadre today, effective immediately. The circular regarding the same was published after receiving approval from the Competent Authority and is part of routine administrative reshuffling.

The order was issued by IDAS Rakesh Kumar Singh (1993 batch), the incumbent Under Secretary to the Government of India. Of the transferees, three IAS officers currently serving in Jammu and Kashmir have been transferred to other States and Union Territories, while four officers have been reassigned to J&K.

The IAS transferees are:

  • Mr. Bipul Pathak (1992-batch IAS officer) has been shifted from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi.
  • Mr. M Raju (2005-batch IAS officer) has been transferred from Puducherry to Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Mr. Saugat Biswas (2006-batch IAS officer) has been shifted from Arunachal Pradesh to Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Dr. Rashmi Singh (2007-batch IAS officer) has been transferred from Jammu & Kashmir to Delhi.
  • Ms. Yasha Mudgal (2007-batch IAS officer) has been shifted from Jammu & Kashmir to Puducherry.
  • Mr. Ram Niwas Sharma (2010-batch IAS officer) was transferred from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir.
  • Mr. Y V V J Rajasekhar (2012-batch IAS officer) has been shifted from Delhi to Arunachal Pradesh.
  • Ms. Nidhi Malik (2013-batch IAS officer) has been moved from Delhi to Jammu & Kashmir.
