Dehradun: The central government has decided to conduct caste census in the country i.e. census based on castes. On which Uttarakhand Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has reacted. CM Dhami believes that this will help in bringing the backward class people of the society into the mainstream. At the same time, he also criticized the Congress regarding the caste census.

Let us tell you that the Modi cabinet took the decision of caste census on Wednesday i.e. 30 April. Announcing the decisions taken by the Cabinet Committee on Political Affairs today, Union Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said that the census comes under the jurisdiction of the Center, but some states have counted castes in the name of survey. In such a situation, it has been decided that caste census should be included in the upcoming census.

At the same time, Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami has given his reaction regarding caste census. He says that under the visionary and inclusive leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Union Cabinet has approved the decision of caste census along with the census. Which is a historic and far-sighted thinking.

CM Pushkar Dhami further said that today the central government under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi has taken a historic decision, in which caste census will be included in the census process. This decision is not only an important step towards bringing the backward classes of the society into the mainstream. Rather, it is a revolutionary and important step towards ensuring social equality, respect and justice.

CM Dhami has surrounded the Congress regarding the caste census. Also accused of doing politics.
