Mumbai: Mr. Dnyaneshwar Bhalchandra Patil (2003 batch Madhya Pradesh cadre IAS officer) has been appointed as the Development Commissioner (Joint Secretary Level) of the Santa Cruz Exclusive Export Processing Zone (SEEPZ), Special Economic Zone, in Mumbai under the Department of Commerce, replacing Mr. Shyam Jagannathan (1997 batch IAS officer).
