NBCC Ropes In Contracts Worth 450 Cr in Chhattisgarh & Kerala

New Delhi: One of India’s biggest project management consultancy and real estate companies, NBCC (India) Limited, roped in contracts worth Rs. 450 crore in Chhattisgarh and Kerala from the Court Receiver of the Supreme Court of India. Senior Advocate of the Supreme Court and the 16th Attorney General of India, Mr. R Venkatramani, had been appointed the Court Receiver in 2019.

The PSU was able to cash in a contract worth Rs. 250 crore in Amrapali Vananchal City, Bhilai District, Chhattisgarh, and a Rs. 150 crore contract in Amrapali Cosmos, Aluva, Ernakulam District, Kerala. The PSU shall construct 38,000 flats and hand them over to home buyers.
