Prime Minister Narendra Modi will likely present the Military Shrine to the people of the state on November 9th, the state’s foundation day. It is reported that the Prime Minister’s Office has given the green light for this, and this is likely why senior Uttarakhand government officials visited the Military Shrine to review the preparations. Uttarakhand’s Military Welfare Minister, Ganesh Joshi, confirmed this.
Military Welfare Minister Ganesh Joshi stated that this site is an important site in Uttarakhand and is pleased that during his tenure as Military Welfare Minister, this heritage site of the state and the country has been fully developed.
