PM Modi’s Birthday, Swachha Utsav Campaign in Dehradun, CM Dhami and other leaders extend their best wishes

Dehradun: Today is PM Narendra Modi’s birthday. To make PM Modi’s birthday special, the BJP organization has organized several events across the country. The Swachhata Hi Seva-2025 “Swachha Utsav Abhiyan” program was also organized in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand, on the occasion of PM Modi’s birthday. Chief Minister Pushkar Singh Dhami participated in the event.

Addressing the event, Pushkar Singh Dhami extended his birthday wishes to PM Modi. CM Dhami described PM Modi as a leader with revolutionary decisions, a unique work ethic, and visionary leadership. CM Dhami said that PM Modi’s tireless hard work, unwavering determination, and nation-first spirit have taken India to unprecedented heights.

CM Dhami said that under PM Modi’s leadership, India has become the world’s fourth-largest economy, creating new reform stories. He said that India is now rapidly progressing towards fulfilling the resolve of a “developed India.” The Chief Minister gave the message of cleanliness by sweeping the floor as part of the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan. He appealed to all citizens to join the cleanliness drive. He announced that regular programs related to Seva Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (service and cleanliness) will be held across the state from September 17th to October 2nd. On this occasion, he also paid tribute to the statue of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi. During the program, he administered the Swachh Bharat Pledge and also planted a tree. The Chief Minister flagged off the Swachh Bharat Rath (cleanliness chariot) on this occasion and honored environmental friends.

The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (cleanliness movement) has given the country new dimensions. Swachh Utsav-2025 is also a resolution, a movement, and a promise of a healthy and clean future for generations to come. He said that it is everyone’s responsibility to realize the dream of “Clean India, Healthy India.”

The Chief Minister said that cleanliness is not just a government campaign, but a part of our culture and lifestyle. Emphasizing environmental protection, the Chief Minister mentioned the “Ek Ped Maa Ke Naam” campaign. He said that tree plantation is a means to improve the quality of life and ensure a clean environment for future generations.

Anil Baluni, MP from the Pauri Garhwal Lok Sabha seat, also extended his best wishes to PM Modi. He wrote, “Under PM Modi’s leadership, India is scaling new heights, from poverty alleviation to startup culture, from green energy to space, and from self-reliant India to global partnerships.”

Haridwar MP Trivendra Singh Rawat also prayed to Baba Kedar for Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s long life. Rawat wrote, “Self-reliant India, Digital India, infrastructure revolution, social justice, and global leadership—all of these reflect the Prime Minister’s indomitable energy, vision, and patriotism.” Uttarakhand BJP State President Mahendra Bhatt wished PM Modi a happy birthday. He described PM Modi as the architect of a “new India.”
