Preparations for World Ayurveda Conference in full swing in Dehradun, invitation sent to PM Modi

Dehradun: Preparations for the World Ayurveda Conference to be held from 12 December to 15 December in Dehradun, the capital of Uttarakhand, are going on in full swing. This four-day conference is going to be held at the Parade Ground in Dehradun. In view of this, the venue is being prepared in the Parade Ground. In such a situation, AYUSH Secretary Ravinath Raman inspected the preparations going on at the Parade Ground on Thursday. Along with this, necessary guidelines were also given regarding the arrangements being made by all the departments.

More than 6 thousand delegates from 54 countries are participating in the 10th World Ayurveda Congress and Arogya Expo to be held in Dehradun. The special thing about the World Ayurveda Conference is going to be that the general public will be given the facility of free health test of the Ayurveda system.

At the same time, after inspecting the preparations going on at the venue, AYUSH Secretary Ravinath Raman said that the World Ayurveda Conference is a world-class program. Which started in 2002. After this, it is being organized every 2 years. This conference is going to be held in Uttarakhand for the first time. In such a situation, the Uttarakhand government is organizing this conference in collaboration with the World Ayurveda Foundation. In view of which, preparations are going on in full swing. Several rounds of meetings have been held with all the concerned departments. In such a situation, all the preparations will be completed by December 10.

The Ayush Secretary said that Prime Minister Narendra Modi has also been invited from the Chief Minister’s level for the World Ayurveda Conference. However, the Prime Minister’s time has not been found yet. Meanwhile, preparations are being made for the program. There will be presentations of various research papers in the program, exhibitions will be set up, stalls of various departments will also be set up. A free health training camp will also be organized in the conference. In which Ayurvedacharya and Ayush practitioners will examine the people through the method of Ayurveda and give advice.
