Dehradun: National President of Public Relation Society of India Dr. Ajit Pathak made a courtesy call on Director General of Information Bansidhar Tiwari and invited him for the National Conference of PRSI to be held in Raipur, Chhattisgarh. The role of public relations and communication in the 25th year silver jubilee year of Uttarakhand was discussed between the two.

Pathak said that every countryman has immense reverence for Devbhoomi Uttarakhand. The progress of Uttarakhand in the last few years is commendable. Uttarakhand has been ranked first in the ranking released by NITI Aayog in Sustainable Development Goals. The decisions taken by CM Pushkar Singh Dhami on anti-copy law and UCC have become an example for other states. Under the guidance of the Prime Minister and the leadership of CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, excellent work is being done on both aspects of conservation and development of heritage in Uttarakhand.

Director General of Information Tiwari emphasized that the progress of Uttarakhand and the various dimensions of tourism here should be known across the country. He said that the Public Relations Society of India can play an important role in this.

Pathak appreciated the progress of Uttarakhand and shared information about the extensive all-India network of PRSI. He expressed his commitment to use PRSI as a bridge to disseminate information about the achievements, investments and tourism of the state across the country.

PRSI Dehradun Chapter President Ravi Bijarnia and Secretary Anil Sati were also present on the occasion.
