New Delhi: Congress MP and Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, has once again raised questions about the Election Commission. He alleged that 2.5 million voters in Haryana are fake. He claimed that multiple voters’ names are registered in the voter list using a single photo. He stated that he was questioning the Election Commission and the democratic process in India. Rahul Gandhi urged India’s youth, Gen Z, to understand this clearly. Election Commission sources have now responded to Rahul Gandhi’s allegations.
Regarding Rahul Gandhi’s allegations of vote theft, Election Commission sources have provided the following answers:
- Zero appeals against the voter list.
- Only 22 election petitions are currently pending in the High Court for 90 assembly seats.
- What were Congress polling agents doing at polling stations? If the voter has already voted or if polling agents have doubts about the voter’s identity, they should raise objections.
- Does Rahul Gandhi support SIR, which removes duplicate, deceased, and transferred voters along with citizenship verification, or is he opposing it?
- Why were no appeals filed by Congress BLAs during the revision to eliminate multiple names?
- Why were no claims or objections raised by Congress BLAs during the revision to eliminate multiple names?
- Someone is saying that these duplicate voters voted for Congress. How does Rahul Gandhi know they voted for the BJP?
- It is clear that these duplicate voters voted for Congress. How did Rahul Gandhi guess that these people voted for the BJP?
