Dehradun: RERA (Real Estate Regulatory Authority) review meeting was held in the Secretariat Auditorium under the chairmanship of Chief Secretary Anand Bardhan.
In the meeting, the Chief Secretary directed to dispose of the complaints related to RERA project expeditiously.
He directed that the cases which are pending for more than 3 years (before 2022) should be disposed of expeditiously on priority basis.
Apart from this, he directed that the work of recovery from the developers from whom recovery is to be made should also be completed expeditiously.
On this occasion, Executive Chairman RERA Amitabh Mitra, Secretary Ila Giri, Deputy Secretary Arpan Kumar Raju and Under Secretary Narendra Singh Rawat were present in the meeting.
